Didn't get your password reset emails?

Not receiving email notifications about the outcomes of your idea submission?

Most likely iCON's default aggresssive filters directed the emails to your SPAM folder :(

To stop iCON from doing that, follow the steps below!

 

Step 1: Click on the Setting icon

 

Step 2:Select the "Settings" option

 

Step 3: Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses"

 

Step 4: Click on "Create a new filter"

 

Step 5: In the "From" field, type postman@ideas.frontierpri.net . Then click "Create filter with this search"

 

Step 6: Select the options "Never send it to Spam" and "Always mark it as important". Then click "Create filter".

 

All done! Your new filter has been created, and your problem has been solved!
